All raw materials and components (e.g., RF modules, PCBs, connectors) undergo rigorous inspection against predefined specifications.
Certificates of Compliance (CoC) and material test reports are verified for authenticity.
Non-conforming items are quarantined and returned to suppliers with a Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
In-Process Quality Control
Assembly Stage: Automated optical inspection (AOI) and manual checks ensure proper soldering, component placement, and mechanical alignment.
Functional Testing: Sub-assemblies (e.g., transceivers, power units) are tested for baseline performance (e.g., frequency stability, noise levels) using calibrated test equipment.
Environmental Stress Screening (ESS): Random samples undergo temperature cycling (-40°C to +85°C), vibration, and humidity tests to identify early-life failures.
Final Product Testing
RF Performance Validation: Radar range, resolution, Doppler accuracy, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) are verified in anechoic chambers or simulated environments.
Software/Firmware Checks: Embedded software is validated for signal processing algorithms, detection thresholds, and interface protocols.
Compliance Testing: Products are tested against industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, MIL-STD-810, FCC/CE regulations).
Calibration and Traceability
All test equipment is calibrated annually by accredited labs, with traceability to international standards (NIST/ISO/IEC 17025).
Each radar unit is assigned a unique serial number linked to a digital record of test data, components, and personnel involved in assembly.
Final Audit and Packaging
AQC (Acceptance Quality Control) teams conduct a visual and functional audit before packaging.
Anti-static and shock-absorbent packaging is used, with moisture indicators for海运/transport monitoring.
Corrective Action & Continuous Improvement
Non-conformities are analyzed using root-cause methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans are implemented, and lessons are integrated into training programs.
Documentation & Certification
Full test reports, calibration certificates, and compliance documents are archived for 10+ years.
Final products are issued with a Quality Assurance Certificate (QAC) before shipment.
